About us
Mike started MCS Computer support in 2004 after seeing an opportunity to fill a gap in the market where he committed to providing a personalised service to a range of domestic and business clients. As a sole trader with a focus on customer satisfaction, coupled with being a mobile technician he soon attracted many local domestic clients and a school.
Within 6 months MCS Computer Support client base grew so much that we were able to provide employment for 2 additional staff members.
Another 2 years and we expanded our services, moving into business support where the team were securing contracts from businesses both locally and nationally/throughout the UK.
We moved into business premises in 2012, firstly renting a small unit then eventually taking on more staff and requiring the whole unit to be able to provide a workshop, offices and a customer reception.
In 2019 we further expanded our services as we moved into the software and mobile app development. Being able to provide our clients with a full spectrum of IT services is crucial to the success of their businesses and our continued understanding of their requirements enables us to grow with them. Tailoring our support to their needs, we are now able to offer clients a full range of services from custom software to run businesses, security solutions, globally known accreditation support.
We are proud to have recently achieved ISO9001 and ISO27001
